Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days from the purchase, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for digital products like templates, PDFs, or software downloads. Once accessed or downloaded, these products are considered used.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only if the digital product is proven to be defective. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
